Description:

City Harvest Inc. picks-up whatever food surplus exists in New York (from restaurant kitchens and special events) and distributes it to over 200 emergency food programs citywide, as well as to food-kitchens and low-income daycare centers. The "Hunger Hotline" is available to those who urgently require food. City Harvest Inc. also organizes canned-food drives.
