Description:It is a state-of-the-art facility for the diagnosis and treatment of speech, language and hearing disorders in children and adults. These disorders include voice problems, stuttering, motor speech disorders, articulation and phonological disorders, language disorders, hearing and auditory processing problems in children and adults. Programs are also available for children who are developmentally disabled and adults who have had strokes or brain injury. Voice and diction training is available for the foreign-born or person intent on improving his/her communication competence. They facility provides complete, comprehensive audiological testing, including brain stem evoked response testing, counseling, hearing aid evaluation, and aural rehabilitation with speech reading, and auditory processing evaluations. The Center provides counseling for parents, including instruction on stimulating speech and language in the home. There is an Early Intervention Program for infants and toddlers with disabilities which includes their families.


Hours:Mon - Thurs, 9:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.; Fri - Sat, 9:00 a.m. -3:00 p.m.
Admission Requirements/Documents:Telephone intake plus questionnaire to complete.
Fees/Methods of Payment:Medicare assignment for audiology; private pay. Individuals may inquire by telephone as to the fee schedule.
