Description:ACP is a free-standing, non-profit psychiatric clinic offering a range of treatment services: psychotherapy, marital counseling, family,group and play therapy as appropriate. There is an additional clinic site in Forest Hills.

Admission Requirements/Documents:Call for intake appointment. Provide insurance; information/managed care authorization when applicable; Initial interview, diagnostic evaluation and assignment to therapist done simultaneously.
Fees/Methods of Payment:Medicare assignment; Medicare co-pay; Medicaid; private insurance; sliding-scale fees.
Access for People with Disabilities:Wheelchair access at both sites.
