Description:Peninsula is a 200 bed not-for-profit nursing facility dedicated to serving the community. Our specialized programs strive to meet the needs of our residents who are disabled due to various diseases or accidents, and to address the needs of our residents' families as well. Each individual's care is managed by a multi-disciplinary team of professionals, including physicians, nurses, social workers, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech and language pathologists, audiologists, dietitians, and therapeutic recreation specialists. There are specialized services for short-term rehabilitation, Alzheimer's disease and related disorders, and respiratory.

Hours:24 hours, 7 days; office hours Mon - Fri, 9-5.
Eligibility Requirements:Medical necessity.
Admission Requirements/Documents:PRI and screen.
Fees/Methods of Payment:Medicare assignment, Medicare co-pay, Medicaid, private insurance, private pay accepted.
