Description:This clinic has programs/services for geriatrics, blended cases, and troubled teens (ACT). There is a pharmacy to fill prescriptions referred from Queens Hospital and the Department of Health has an office on-site. 24/7 translation services available. Volunteer opportunities available but need to apply through the Queens Hospital Center volunteer office at (718) 883-2280.
Hours:Mon - Fri 9:00 a.m - 5:00 p.m. ; Thurs. until 7:00 pm.
Eligibility Requirements:No restrictions.
Fees/Methods of Payment:Insurance accepted and help with applying for other financial aid available.
