Description:HEAP helps low-income homeowners and renters pay bills for heating fuel, equipment and repairs. HEAP grants are $40 to $440 a year.
HEAP is a federally funded program that assists eligible households with grants to pay their energy heating costs. In New York City, HRA/DSS administers the program.
