Description:This is an adult community mental health clinic available to serve people who need and seek mental health services. The following treatment modalities are available in the Clinic: individual verbal therapy, group therapy, family therapy, couples therapy, medication therapy, and psychosocial program.
Hours:Mon-Fri, 9 am - 6pm ; Sat, 10 am - 5 pm.
Eligibility Requirements:Persons aged 18 and older with mental illness are eligible.
Admission Requirements/Documents:Information on previous psychiatric treatment, current medical, and insurance card.
Fees/Methods of Payment:Sliding-scale fees; Medicaid, private insurance, and private pay accepted, Medicare.
Access for People with Disabilities:Wheelchair accessible.
