Description:This is a home for adults that provides programming and an after-care team from Catholic Charities on site. Most residents are psychiatric referrals.
Hours:Mon.-Fri.; 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
Eligibility Requirements:The elderly and psychiatric patients who do not require daily nursing care or ongoing medical attention are eligible. Interview with a social workers is required.
Admission Requirements/Documents:Birth certificate, social security card.
Fees/Methods of Payment:Private pay or SSI accepted.
Access for People with Disabilities:Elevator.
