Description:Services include an outpatient alcohol and chemical dependency program with group and individual counseling based on 12-step model of treatment; a youth and family program for adolescents at risk of alcohol and drug problems and their families; and a program for mentally ill chemical abusers providing individual and group counseling 5 days a week.

Fees/Methods of Payment:Sliding-scale fees; Medicare assignment, Medicaid, some private insurance, and private pay accepted. Blue Cross and Blue Shield Health Insurance are accepted.
