Description:

Transitional Services for New York (TSI) is a comprehensive mental health agency serving Queens County's mentally ill with residential, clinical, continuing day treatment, vocational and socialization programs. Services are to enable the mentally restored to achieve a more satisfying and normal lifestyle. Outpatient divisions are located in Jamaica and Far Rockaway.
