Description:

The Friendship Center is intended for frail, older adults unable to participate in usual senior center activities. The Center provides a specialized daily program under the supervision of an interdisciplinary team. The Center provides mid-day meals, information and referral, educational programs, health promotion, socialization, recreation, transportation, and inter-generational programs.

Hours:

Mon-Fri, 8:30 - 4.

Eligibility Requirements:

Mentally and physically frail elderly age 60 and older who are self-toileting, self-feeding, ambulatory, continent, no danger to self or others, and able to participate in a group setting are eligible.

Fees/Methods of Payment:Voluntary contribution for lunch and transportation.
Access for People with Disabilities:Wheelchair accessible.
