Description: Sprout offers many day and evening recreational, educational and leisure activities. Groups consist of 10 participants and 3 leaders. Trips range from picnics, dinners, sporting activities, theater, bowling, swimming, parties, and more. Sprout also offers extended travel trips of 3-10 days throughout the United States and abroad.

Hours:Mon - Fri, 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., office hours, programs are held evenings and weekends.
Eligibility Requirements:Moderate to high-function developmentally disabled aged 16 and over are eligible. Must be ambulatory, non-deaf and non-blind, and living with family.
Admission Requirements/Documents:Participants Information Form. Current medical and psychological records.
Fees/Methods of Payment:Varies depending on activities participated.
