Lexington Center for Mental Health Services offers comprehensive mental health and case management services for Deaf individuals and their families.  Mental health services are offered in individual, family and group therapy formats.

Mon.-Fri. 8:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m.

Admission Requirements/Documents:

Call clinic, intake screening. / Proof of medical benefits, or any past medical records.

Fees/Methods of Payment:Sliding-scale fees. Medicaid, Medicare assignment, Medicare co-pay, all government programs, & private pay accepted.
