Description:The Clinic is designed to provide individuals with disabilities with a complete range of medical, psychological, habilitative services designed to maximize their abilities.The new clinic is a comprehensive fully accredited network of facilities specially designed to provide individuals with mental retardation and developmental disabilities with convenient access to a variety of services including: nursing, psychology, social work, physical therapy, occupational therapy, psychiatry, internal medicine, speech pathology, podiatry, nutrition, rehabilitation counseling and gynecology.
Hours:Mon-Tues, Thurs - Fri, 8:30 am - 7 pm; Wed, 8:30 am - 8 pm.
Eligibility Requirements:Persons with developmental disabilities are eligible. Services are available to families to facilitate treatment goals of the individual with developmental disabilities.
Fees/Methods of Payment:Medicaid, Medicare, ; private payment is on sliding scale fees.
