Description:PSCH offers a variety of comfortable, homelike living arrangements in community settings. Within the residential continuum, each person will find the appropriate level of supervision and the type of habilitative services she or he needs to develop skills, achieve personal goals and increase independence - a home in which to live and thrive.

Hours:24 hours agency services.
Eligibility Requirements:Persons with developmental disabilities. Primary diagnoses - mental retardation. Minimum age 21. Medicaid or Medicare.
