Eligibility Requirements:

Age 2.9-5 years old are eligible. Intake process or eligibility at HRA/ACD.

Admission Requirements/Documents:

Birth/baptismal certificate, SS card/number, parent's proof of eligibility, immunization record.

Fees/Methods of Payment:Sliding-scale fees, $0 to $85 per week
Access for People with Disabilities:First floor wheelchair access only. Double doors automatically open.
