Hours:Clinic services by appointment Monday through Saturday. Early morning and evening appointments available.
Eligibility Requirements:Medicaid or Medicaid eligible. Diagnosis of developmental or learning disability.
Fees/Methods of Payment:Medicaid, third party reimbursement, and private payment accepted.
