This service provides telecommunication service to people with hearing or speech impairments via a communication assistant who relays messages from spoken word to typed message and vice versa. Hearing Carry-Over allows speech-disabled customers to hear who they are talking with and relay their typed message by operator. Voice Carry-Over allows a hearing-disabled customer to speak directly with another while incoming messages are typed for them. Services also include help with directory assistance, international calling, and 900 number connection service.
