It is "a strictly kosher facility dedicated to providing comprehensive care in a residential setting including medical, rehabilitation, and social services." The Nursing Facility is for "patients who require intensive nursing services for treatment and rehabilitation but are not in acute phase of illness. Includes physical, speech, and occupational therapy, if needed."

Per State Code: anyone over the age of 61 years.
