Description:FACES, formerly known as the Minority Task Force on AIDS, provides direct services (wills, powers of attorney, and living wills). They also provide referrals and consultations. While they serve a primarily African-American and Hispanic clientele, their services are offered without regard to race. Clients are provided with services for housing and education. They also obtain legal services if they wish, and H.I.V. persons get a dinner program, and can participate in a pantry program.

Eligibility Requirements:HIV positive people who meet the Task Force's financial requirements are eligible.
