Description:The Center is a continuing day treatment program. The program consists of daily structured activities from 9 AM to 3 PM. There is a wide range of clinical and therapeutic, educational, pre-vocational, health-related, socialization, and arts and crafts activities. Our goal is to enhance functioning in the following areas: living, learning, working and socializing.
Hours:Mon - Fri 9 am - 5 pm
Eligibility Requirements:Persons 18 years or older with a psychiatric disability who are free of current drug or alcohol abuse and have no history of arson are eligible.
Admission Requirements/Documents:Current physical exam and previous psychiatric diagnosis and treatment.
Fees/Methods of Payment:Sliding-scale fees; Medicaid, private insurance and private pay accepted.
Access for People with Disabilities:Wheelchair accessible.
