Description:The Center offers the following services for persons age 60 and over: "case assistance, congregate lunches, short-term counseling, education and recreation, information and referral, entitlements (HEAP, real property tax reduction, SSI, SCRIE, Sect.8 housing, food stamps), meals on wheels, and transportation."

Hours:Monday-Friday: 8:00am-4:00pm
Eligibility Requirements:Persons 60 and over are eligible. Meals on wheels and transportation are offered only within community boards 8, 11, and N13, Queens, NY. There are no geographic restrictions on all other services.

Fees/Methods of Payment:Free, but $1.25 donation for lunch requested
