Description:YAI provides comprehensive services to infants, pre-schoolers, adolescents and adults of all ages with developmental and learning disabilities, and to their families. Services include: service coordination, residential services, crisis intervention, day services, healthcare, home health care, family support, skills training, camping, travel, respite and all phases of job skills, placement and supportive employment.
Eligibility Requirements:Persons with mental retardation and developmental and learning disabilities are eligible.
Admission Requirements/Documents:Contact Intake Unit.
Fees/Methods of Payment:Medicaid, private insurance, sliding-scale fees, all government programs, free, private pay.
Access for People with Disabilities:Most facilities are handicap-accessible.
