Description:These services are provided by a clinic in a school satellite location. Clinical staff from mental health clinics work in the schools to provide an array of services to students. These services include screening, assessments, referrals, and treatment (brief or longer-term) with an individual, group, or with families. Consultation on specific students or general mental health issues may be offered to teachers and other school staff.
Currently, this program is offered at P.S. 48, PS 105, PS 76Q, PS 91, PS 154, PS 160, PS 197, PS 206, Springfield HS, Flushing HS, IS 204Q, PS 112Q, and IS 126Q.

Eligibility Requirements:Every child in New York State is eligible for health insurance including undocumented immigrants.
Admission Requirements/Documents:Basic medical history is required.
