Description:

This program provides traditional and nontraditional psychiatric services to individuals and groups and to children and adults. They also sponsor a variety of mental health prevention programs.

Mon., 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.; Tues., 9:00 a.m.-9:00 p.m.; Wed.-Fri., 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.

Eligibility Requirements:

Residents of the Greater Queens area experiencing emotional & stress related problems and mental health problems .

Admission Requirements/Documents:

Fees/Methods of Payment:Sliding-scale fees. Medicare assignment, Medicare co-pay, Medicaid, private insurance, and self pay accepted.
