Description:

This is "an innovative in-house teen pregnancy program. The length of the program is 18 months. With an enrollment of 4, this program is geared toward equipping girls between the ages of 13 and 21 (who are pregnant or have at least one child) with the skills and attitudes needed for successful entry into the mainstream world." This program offers "counseling for pregnant teenagers or young parents and their families and education in such areas as pre-natal care, infant care and diet. Preparation for G.E.D. is offered.




Hours:

Mon - Fri: 8:30 am - 4:30 pm


Eligibility Requirements:

Girls and young women between the ages of 13 and 20 who are pregnant or have at least one child are eligible.


Admission Requirements/Documents:

Transcript from previous school and immunization record; Physical for the mother; Doctor's note and TB test.
