The areas of major focus for SACSS are (a) healthcare access, awareness and advocacy; (b) parents, children and families; (c) mental health; (d) English classes and basic computer skills training. All the programs focus on and assist clients with various needs in these areas, through direct services as well as referral. Also advocate with elected officials on behalf of our community. All of the programs and services are free and are provided by culturally competent staff members who speak Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi, Gurjarati, and Bengali.
Programs include: Preventative Services for Children and Families, PEP (Parents Empowerment Program), ESOL classes, Community Health Advocates, Immigrant Health Care Access, and Advocacy Collaborative.
Mon-Fri 10-5:30; Sat 10-2. Other, by appointment.
