Description:
Offers immigration remedies for immigrant victims of domestic violence. Remedies include VAWA self-petitions, battered spouse waivers and V visas that allow battered women to leave abusive relationships and continue their immigration process. Also provides counseling, education and employment referrals and public benefits advocacy for clients.
