Battered Immigrant Women's Program--provide legal services and social work to battered immigrant women in the following areas: Family Court, Orders of Protection, custody and visitation, child and spousal support, immigration services in self-petitions and battered spouse waivers. Immigrant Refugee and Rights Clinic--provide counseling on legal issues that arise in the immigration and poverty law contexts, including related international and human rights legal issues.
For low income Queens residents.
