EVALUATION SERVICES Full developmental evaluations are offered at no charge to families who have concerns about any aspect of their preschooler's development including thinking and understanding, behavior and social skills, language abilities, and movement skills. NURSERY SCHOOL FOR ALL CHILDREN A program where typically developing children and those with special needs learn together. PRESCHOOL SPECIAL EDUCATION A program for children 2.9 to 5 years old with special educational needs, featuring a progressive adaptation of individualized special education methods to the practices of early childhood education. A full complement of clinical services is available, including speech therapy, physical therapy, occupational therapy, counseling and nursing services. For families, individual counseling, parent workshops, parent support groups and community referrals are available. UNIVERSAL PRE-KINDERGARTEN (UPK) SERVICES UPK services are provided free of charge to parents. It is a half-day program. Parents have the option of "wrap around" service, which allows a child to attend ICCD for the full day, with UPK covering costs for half the day and families paying for the other half of the day.
