Mon-Thurs 9 AM-9 PM; Fri 9 AM-7 PM; Sat 9 AM-3PM.

Eligibility Requirements:

Newborn-21.

Admission Requirements/Documents:

Must have mental health diagnosis. Mental retardation and autism diagnoses are excluded.

Fees/Methods of Payment:Medicaid and Third Party insurance accepted. Fees for individuals without insurance coverage on a sliding scale based upon family income.
