Description:
Primary medical care serving mainly the gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender community. Special services offered to seniors, transgendered, and those with HIV/AIDS. A full range of services are provided including mental health care, dental care, case management, health education, a health education resource center, and speakers.
Hours:
Mon-Thu 8:15 am - 8:15 pm. Fri 8:15 am - 4:45 pm. Sat 8:30 am - 3:15 pm.
Eligibility Requirements:
Open to the whole community
Fees/Methods of Payment:Sliding-scale fee, but no one is turned away because of inability to pay. Medicaid and ADAP accepted for certain services (e.g., lab tests). HOTT is a free service. Sliding scale, accept most HMO's.
Access for People with Disabilities:Wheel chair ramp at entrance; multiple floors; elevators.
