Description:

The Senior Community Service Employment Program is a federally-sponsered emmployment and training program targeted to low-income older adults who want to enter or re-enter the workforce. The program offers eligible participants paid 20 hour weekly on the job training assignments in public and non-profit organizations. The goal of the program is to help participants find unsubsidized employment and achieve self-sufficiency.
