Description:

The goal of South West Queens Senior Services is to improve the quality of life for older adults and their caregivers by maximizing independent living.  We provide services and support to help older adults to remain comfortably and safely in their own homes. Our services include case management, home-delivered meals, home care, benefits and entitlements, information and referral, and long-term planning.

Hours:

Mon - Fri 8:30 am - 4:30 pm

Eligibility Requirements:

60 years of age and older; lives in Queens Community Districts 9, 10 or 12; needs in-home services.

Fees/Methods of Payment:Free; Contribution for meals.
