OUTPATIENT DEPARTMENT
Provides individual, group, marital, and family therapy. Psychopharmacological Services.
FREEDOM VILLAGE
A psychosocial club which follows the clubhouse model of rehabilitation. Freedom Village offers work experience in the areas of office skills, food service, retail maintenance, and computer skills. Interview preparation, resume writing, and training services are offered.
COMMUNITY LIFE SKILLS (CLS)
A day treatment program which provides both individual and group therapy. Psychopharmacological services are also provided. CLS also provides specialized services for persons with mental illness and substance abuse problems.
SELF HELP GROUPS
Offers several self help groups to assist people in their recovery from substance abuse and/or mental illness.
ADULT HOME SCREENING TEAM
Interviews prospective clients for adult home placement in the borough of Queens.
Hours:
Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri 9-5; Thurs 9-8.
Fees/Methods of Payment:Medicare assignment, Medicare co-pay, Medicaid, private insurance, sliding-scale fees.
