Description:

The World of Work is an assisted competitive employment program designed to help individuals with serious and persistent mental illness to secure gainful employment. The services provided include vocational assessment, job readiness training, job coaching, job placement services and post-employment support services. Counseling is also provided on benefits and entitlements, money, time and medication management.

Mon - Fri 9 am - 5 pm

Eligibility Requirements:

The Applicants to the World of Work program must be adults 18 and over who suffer from serious and persistent mental illness with a history of substance abuse and/or homelessness who reside in the County of Queens
