Computers for Kids

This is a course in basic computer skills for children ages 6-12, with an introduction to educational and fun Internet resources available through the library. Space is limited and preregistration is required.

A Reptile "Edventure" with Erik Callender

This fun-filled educational experience with Erik Callender allows children ages 6 and up the unique opportunity to see, touch and learn about some of the world's most fascinating creatures, the reptiles and amphibians. See bugs, frogs, lizards, turtles and other live animals from around the world.

Mother Goose Time

Infants ages 6-17 months and their caregivers enjoy songs and nursery rhymes together. The program is approximately 15-20 minutes long.

ShapeUp NYC: Zumba Fitness Class for Adults

Let us help you get back into shape. Join our free weekly Zumba Fitness classes from ShapeUp NYC. Instructor Stacey Ruiz teaches this fusion of Latin, International and popular music dance themes to create a dynamic, exciting and effective fitness workout.Space is limited. Picture Book Time

Children ages 3-5 and their parents or other adult caregivers hear stories and rhymes, sing songs, learn fingerplays and do movement activities. Preschoolers develop language, early literacy and school-readiness skills while having fun and making new friends at the library.
