Afghan Calligraphy Workshop with Mitra Dejkameh (in Persian and English)

Participants will learn about major Urdu, Persian and Arabic calligraphy styles and practice the basics, using the bamboo calligraphy pen, one of the oldest calligraphy tools in the world. Participants will practice dipping the pen in ink, understanding ink flow and pressure, and writing basic letter forms.
