Introduction to Chair Yoga with Irene Failenbogen

There's no need to bring a mat to this yoga class. Irene Failenbogen will teach you the techniques and exercises that participants can practice while seated in chairs. Space is limited. Preregistration is required for each session. Please wear workout clothing and sneakers.
