Dear Library Customer,
As you may be aware, Queens Library had a technical issue that prevented check-outs and returns from Tuesday, January 3 to Wednesday, January 4.
The technical issue has been resolved.
Please note that we will automatically waive fines for all customers that had materials due on January 1 through January 5.
We will also waive the $0.25 fine that is charged when a request is not picked up through Saturday, January 14, 2017.
If you have any issue with your account, please contact your local community library and they will resolve your issue.
