Spring into Movement: an Exercise Experience (in Spanish)

Get in shape for summer or just enjoy stimulating exercise. Instructors will lead classes in Zumba, yoga and tai chi. Programs also include a presentation on women's physical protection and empowerment. Classes begin promptly. Arrive on time and wear comfortable clothing. Space is limited.
