Mail-a-Book Services for Homebound Residents

Mail-a-BookIf you're a homebound Queens resident of any age and can't get to the library, let the library go to you. Books, DVDs, and CDs are sent, free of charge, through the mail, along with postage-paid return labels and envelopes. Join Mail-a-Book today.

Computer Classes for Spanish Speakers: Microsoft Word 2007   [Add to My Events] Three computer classes in Spanish: Preregistration in person at the Reference Desk on November 7 starting at 10 AM: 11/7-Introduction to Microsoft Word 2007; 11/14-Creating and Saving Documents; 11/21-Working with Tables and Printing. Attendees should have basic computer skills, such as being able to use the keyboard and the mouse, and to open and close applications. Funding for these programs is provided via donations to the Queens Library Foundation.
