Yoga with Ronnie Arond

Instructor Ronnie Arond invites participants to practice at the level most comfortable for them. The class includes warm-ups, formal yoga postures, breathing techniques, deep relaxation and brief meditation. Dress in comfortable, loose, layered clothing, and please bring a mat. Cushions are optional for seated meditation.
