Journey Across America & Around the World
Celebrate the cultural landscape found in the exhibit This is Our Land: Discovering America and the World through Original Illustrations from Children’s Books, with a slide-illustrated talk by its co-curator, Leonard Marcus and performances of dramatic voice, music, and dance by actress Judith Goldsmith, Italian singer Dino Rosi, the Ba-Ban Chinese Music Society, the Aloha Iolani Dance Troupe, and Yong Ok Sah – Korean Fan Dance.

*Chinese and Korean presentations are presented with/by New Americans Program.

Each week we will conduct a different craft activity related to This is Our Land, using a variety of materials including collage, crayons, pastels, watercolors or markers.

For ages 3 and up.
All materials provided, no registration necessary.

Story Time in the Gallery

Join us in the Gallery each week for story time and a fun craft activity!

For ages 5-8

Design Your Own Stationery
Explore creative techniques for designing your own stationery and envelopes in this workshop.

Saturday, July 29, 1-3PM in the Gallery
For ages 13 and up.
All materials provided, space is limited to 20, pre-registration is necessary.
