What types of questions can I submit in the Contact Us form?
Currently, we offer three service request categories: account questions, customer service feedback, technical issues with the website, and Queens Library mobile devices. If you have a reference question or if you need information about a particular topic or subject, please use the Ask a Librarian service or call one of the community libraries.
How do I submit the Contact Us form?
Within the Contact Us section (upper right-hand corner of the website), click on “Submit a new service request.” If you are not logged in, you will be asked to fill in additional required fields (First Name, Last Name, Phone, Email Address).
Can I use the Contact Us form if I do not have an email address?
Someone with a valid email address can submit a service request on your behalf. For example, parents may use the Contact Us form on behalf of children. You may also call or visit a library location to address your concerns.
What should I do if my question does not seem to fit into any of the service categories or service items?
Select “Customer Service Feedback” and use the “Please let us know how we can help you today” box to express your question or problem. Your request will be routed to the appropriate group.
