Can I change my PIN online?

Yes, you can. (However, in the case of a lost or forgotten PIN you are required to go to a Queens Library location to obtain a new PIN. Please bring your library card or other appropriate ID.)
On the top left, click on "User Log In" and login to your account. Go to “My Account” then “Preferences” then “Change PIN”. Enter your current PIN once and new PIN twice. Click on the “Change PIN” button again.
