Celebrate Indo-Caribbean Culture at QPL!

Join Queens Public Library in celebrating Indo-Caribbean culture on select days in March, April, and May! These programs observe Indian Arrival Day, which is celebrated in various parts of the Caribbean. Part I: The Movements of Tassa in NYC, with performances by Taal Tassa Academy. Part II: Reflections of Indian Dance Part III: Shaping Indo-Caribbean Music from NYC, with performances by various artists. These programs are made possible with generous support from the National Endowment for the Humanities and the Hearst Foundation.
