穿阅艺术百年史：从现代到当代 (中文系列讲座)

English: Presented and hosted by Flushing Library, with support from the Department of Humanities at New York City College of Technology, this course is composed of a series of lectures that focus on significant artworks from the past century. Through detailed analysis of major art movements, artists, artworks, themes, and trends, Dr. Zhijian Qian will illuminate the development of art from modern to contemporary, obtaining a clear idea of art in the present day. This four-part lecture series consists of twelve sessions, each of which focuses on important works of art. Part I: Modern Art before the First World War. Part II: Modern Art between the Wars Part III: Art from the Post-War period to the 1980s Part IV: Globalization and Contemporary Art This program will only be presented in Chinese.
