How Can I Become a Library Presenter?

Queens Library is proud to offer a variety of high quality educational, cultural and informational programs to customers of all ages at its 63 community libraries.   Presenters can be individuals, organizations, performers, artists or educators. Programs may include workshops, performances, concerts, or informational presentations.

Effective September 1, 2016, all prospective program presenters must use the following online application. We will no longer accept program proposals via email, telephone, mail or in person.

Library staff are expected to direct all interested parties to this web page as well. Librarians can only engage presenters who have submitted proposals and been awarded a contract by the Queens Library Programs and Services Department.

Please use this form to propose your program to us and it will be routed to the appropriate staff person in charge of that particular audience.
