Cancer Prevention: How Can You Reduce Your Risk?

Even though more people than ever before lead full lives after cancer treatment, it can still be hard to talk about cancer--even with the people you love. Come learn from Dr. PaulAnn D. Green about how cancer screening increases the chances of detecting certain cancers early, when they are most likely to be curable. You will also find out more about factors that may affect your risk for cancer, and some things you can do that may help protect you and your family.

Fun With Watercolors

Artist Karl Lorenzen will teach basic watercolor techniques, and participants will take home a beautiful painting they have created at the end of the session. No experience is necessary. All materials will be provided.

Holiday Stress: Unwrap Peace for the Holidays
